Bond is set at 500 thousand dollars for a foster father in Newark charged with child endangerment in the death of a 5-year-old boy in his care.
Prosecutors say 29-year-old Kenneth Schulz could face additional charges following the June 6th death of Nathaniel Gard. Prosecutors say the boy died of physical abuse. Schulz told police the boy was injured while the two were wrestling.
