Newark Teacher Pleads Not Guilty To Sex Charges

A Newark City Schools teacher and assistant band director accused of having sex with three female students pleaded not guilty today.32-year-old Anthony Miller remains in custody on 75-thousand dollars bond pending another court appearance. Miller of Carson Elementary School allegedly had sex with a member of the Newark High School band while he served as its assistant director. Newark police say the number of alleged victims who have come forward is at least 15.
