No Charges In Burglary Suspect's Death

Columbus police say a north side resident will not be charged for shooting and killing a teenage burglar Wednesday night.Police say the 17-year-old male was killed while breaking into a Stonecastle Drive apartment.  Investigators will take the case to a grand jury, but expect the shooting to be ruled self defense.
