Columbus, OH – Governor Ted Strickland's plan to have the Ohio Lottery Commission sponsor KENO games in bars across Ohio has cleared one hurdle. A legislative committee that has the power to INVALIDATE proposed rules of state agencies has decided NOT to use its veto power against KENO. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
