No Murder Charges In Jeffers' Death

Pickaway County Prosecutors say no one will be charged with murder in the beating death of a Circleville woman during a neighborhood street brawl  last March. Prosecutors say they lack evidence to file delinquency murder charges against any of the four juveniles arrested in the death of 21-year-old Brittany Jeffers. A grand jury declined to indict on murder charges any of the four adults arrested in her death. 37-year-old Nicole Leasure still faces aggravated rioting charges in the case. Delinquency counts of aggravated rioting against two juveniles resulted in detention, and cases against two others are pending.
