The Ohio Supreme Court has declined to take up an appeal filed by a Hocking County man convicted of killing his estranged wife in 2011. William Inman II filed with the justices after a state appeals court affirmed his conviction. He wanted a new trial, saying the prosecution failed to disclose the prior conviction of a witness. The appeals court ruled the disclosure was not required. Inman is serving a life prison sentence for the slaying of 25-year-old Summer Inman. His parents also are serving prison sentences.
