No Plea Withdrawl For Mosque Arsonist

A federal judge has rejected a request by an Indiana man charged with setting fire to a Toledo mosque to withdraw his guilty plea so he could undergo a competency exam. 52-year-old Randy Linn says he was in an emotional state when he pleaded guilty. Prosecutors say Linn made it clear that he wanted revenge for the killings of American soldiers overseas when he set the fire last fall.
