Non-union workers may now take leave to care for domestic partner

Columbus, OH – Some state workers in domestic partner situations - whether same sex or opposite sex relationships - now have the opportunity to take sick or bereavement leave when their significant others have health-related problems. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler says that change comes over the objections of at least one conservative lawmaker.
