North Side Arts Building Facing 5 P.M. Deadline

The owner and residents of the Milo Arts Complex on East Third avenue must complete repairs to the building by 5 P.M. today or face eviction.City code inspectors say the artists living quarters and workspace is unsafe. Owner Rick Mann and the residents have been working to bring the building up to code.
