Number Of Euthanized Local Shelter Dogs Reaches 70

Franklin County Dog Shelter officials say ten more canines have been euthanized amid a weekend distemper outbreak. They were euthanized to keep the virus from spreading after two more animals tested positive. So far, there are three confirmed cases at the shelter and 70 euthanizations.
