Nun Charged With Illegal Voting

A Hamilton County nun who voted on behalf of another nun who died before last year's presidential election has been charged with illegal voting.Sister Marguerite Kloos is among three people charged. Her attorney says his client was trying to fulfill the wishes of a friend who died before absentee ballots were mailed. Prosecutors say a man cast a ballot in November for his late wife, and a poll worker is charged with voting twice in November and voting for other people in various elections.
