Officials Hope To Solve Chronic Flooding In LaRue

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will visit Marion County next month to look for solutions to severe flooding. Local, state and federal officials met yesterday in LaRue to start trying to come up with solutions after flooding last month damaged dozens of homes. The Ohio Emergency Management Agency says LaRue has been the site of nearly 40 floods over the past 100 years, including a dozen classified as "major."
