A North Randall police officer has been indicted on charges of selling guns to felons. Prosecutors say 29-year-old Kevin Lumpkin sold one felon a shotgun, two assault rifles, a pistol and a bulletproof vest. Another convict purchased a pistol. Cleveland police say they found boxes for two of the weapons while investigating a 2013 domestic dispute. Solon police say they recovered a pistol traced back to Lumpkin in April 2014. Lumpkin has yet to comment on the indictment.
