Columbus, OH – Ohioans have until Frebruary 24th to submit comments to the Ohio Department of Transportation on its plan to rebuild the I-70/71 split downtown. ODOT and the Federal Highway Administration say using Mound and Fulton streets as one-way urban corridor streets, adding more lanes to 70 and 71 and consolidating entrance and exit ramps will result in a safer freeway system.
