Ohio experts study Ted Strickland's school reform plan

Columbus, OH – State lawmakers, education experts, and others are studying Governor Ted Strickland's school reform plan. The Governor wants to spend an additional $925 million on public education, but some don't like what they're learning about the funding. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports
