Columbus, OH – The Ohio House of Representatives has approved a two-prong plan to create jobs while boosting high-tech research, paying for highway improvements, and funding college internships. If state senators add their okay, Ohio voters will help decide the fate of one of the two prongs. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
