Ohio House Dems Hint State Budget Could Pass With Changes

Democrats in the Ohio House of Representatives are ripping that massive tax cut and tax SHIFT proposal from Republican Governor John Kasich. The Democrats object to the plan on several grounds, but they’re dropping hints they could soften their opposition a bit….if some changes were made.
