Columbus, OH – Ohio lawmakers have taken the first step in what seems to be a sensible idea-- moving oversight of the state's 160 mega-farms designated as concentrated animal feeding operations into the Department of Agriculture. But as statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports, the plan has its critics.
