Columbus, OH – When Ohio lawmakers return to the statehouse, one of the first things they'll tackle is how to shore up the state's public pensions. But some public employees say they are already penalized by the system and want to make sure they're not the casualty of changes by state leaders. Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports.
