A Lakewood, Ohio native could be the next pope. Speculation is growing in the world media about the candidacy of Boston Archbishop Sean Patrick O'Malley.

The 68-year-old O'Malley has led Boston's Catholics since 2003. Vatican observers say it's unlikely an American would be chosen to replace Pope Benedict the 16th.
