Grief counselors will be at Walbridge Village Hall today, helping employees cope with the suicide of the police chief.

Village officials say 50-year-old Walt Tylicki died this week of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.  Tylicki had been chief for ten months after serving as an officer for nearly a decade. Officials have not said why the chief took his own life.
