Ohio Republican calls for end to golden week

Columbus, OH – Nearly 13,000 Ohioans registered and voted at the same time during what was known as the golden week in Ohio. It started at the end of September - the period of time between the beginning of early voting and the voter registration deadline. Ohio's Republican party unsuccessfully fought against that overlap period in court. Now, as Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, one leader of the GOP is saying he wants to see legislation that would outlaw it.
