Ohio Senate Approves Expanded Use of In-Vehicle Breathalyzers

The Ohio Senate has approved a bill named after a slain Ross County woman. "Annie's Law" requires breathalyzer-style ignition locks be installed in the vehicles of first-time drunk driving offenders.  The law is named for Annie Rooney, who was killed by a repeat drunken driver in 2013.
