Ohio State University's board of trustees will summon current and former university leaders from across the country in a public forum aimed at assisting in the search for the university's new president. The board today announced that among those attending the forum will be the presidents of Tulane University and University of Virginia. The symposium will take place at 1 p.m. August 30 at the Ohio Union. The school's presidential search committee also revealed the hiring of the national consulting firm R. William Funk and Associates. The committee is seeking a replacement for former president Gordon Gee, who retired in July a month after remarks in which he jabbed Roman Catholics and Southeastern Conference schools were made public.
