Ohio Supreme Court ruling on judicial party affiliations

Columbus, OH – A new Ohio Supreme Court ruling says it's ok for judicial candidates to identify themselves with their party affiliations in advertising materials when they run for general elections. But as Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, the ruling doesn't go far enough to satisfy people who've been suing in court over judicial free speech rights.
