Columbus, OH – In May, Ohio voters will be asked whether they want to change the state constitutional amendment authorizing four casinos that they okayed in November. It's to make official a proposed change in the location of the Columbus casino from downtown to the former Delphi property on the west side. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
