OHP Trooper Fired For Driving Drunk

The State Highway Patrol trooper charged with causing a crash in the Short North while driving drunk last month is out of work. Patrol officials say Jeremy Garner has been fired for unbecoming conduct. Garner was arrested after crashing into parked cars on Starr Avenue. His blood-alcohol level tested at more than three-times the legal limit.
