Funeral services are being held today for an Ohio National Guard member who was struck by a vehicle and killed while changing a flat tire on the side of I-77 south of I-70 in Licking County on Friday. The Ohio Highway Patrol says charges against the driver of the vehicle that hit 29-year-old Captain Nathan Richeson are possible. The Granville native served with the 121st Air Refueling Wing at Rickenbacker Air Force Base.
