Columbus, OH – Several union and neighborhood leaders joined Columbus city officials yesterday to support a municipal income tax increase. Issue one on the August 4th ballot would raise the city's income tax from 2% to 2.5%. Two groups have formed with hopes of defeating the measure. Mike Foley reports.
