OSHA Proposes Workplace Safety Fine For Columbus Castings

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing Columbus Castings pay an 89 thousand 500 dollar fine after a worker sustained a broken back, collapsed lung and partial leg paralysis at the company's South side plant last April.The worker was injured when he was pinned in a machine. This is the 11th time the company has been cited in the past 10 years. The company has yet to comment.
