OSU Cop Won't Face Charges For Killing Alleged Terrorist

Ohio State University

A Franklin County grand jury has declined to criminally indict the Ohio State University police officer who fatally shot the man authorities say was responsible for a car-and-knife attack on campus last November. At issue were actions taken by Alan Horujko when he shot and killed 18-year-old  Abdul Razak Ali Artan, who drove into a crowd outside a building and then attacked people with a knife. Thirteen people were injured.
