OSU: Group Of Students Used App To Collaborate On Class Assignments

Ohio State University says 83 undergraduate students in the school's business college used a social media app called “GroupMe” to collaborate on assignments.

The school launched an investigation after a professor caught the students and turned them in.The students are charged with violating the code of conduct and are in danger of missing graduation. The school says students are allowed to use social media to communicate with classmates but not to collaborate on assignments.
