OSU Issues Crime Alert For Man Wanted In 3 States

Safety officials at Ohio State University this evening issued the following public safety alert.

The OSU Police Division was made aware of a dangerous wanted person who may be in the campus area. An individual identified as Michael Moses Tarpeh is currently wanted by the Morgantown, West Virginia Police Department for aggravated assault and attempted sexual assault. He is also wanted by the Massachusetts State Police for an armed carjacking, robbery and assault and battery of a motorist in Lee, Massachusetts. Arrest warrants are pending with the University Of Connecticut Police Department.

Michael Moses Tarpeh also goes by the alias of Michael Moses Boadi and refers to himself as "Bigggggg Mike." Tarpeh is 23 years old, described as "heavy set," 6ft., 280 lbs. Tarpeh is not an OSU student.
