Ohio State University Trustees have voted to raise tuition, housing and dining by more than five-percent for incoming freshmen next fall.

Those in-state students will now pay more than twelve-thousand-dollars a year.  That rate is being frozen, so incoming freshmen will pay the same amount for the next four years.
