OSU Student Still Critical Following Bicycle Accident

An Ohio State University student remains in critical condition nearly a month after he was hit by a dump truck while riding his bicycle.

The attorney for the family of 18-year-old Daniel Hughes says the freshman engineering student lost one of his legs in the crash outside a Woodruff Avenue construction site. Doctors are also concerned about the accident's effects on his brain function.
