An Ohio University worker must get a mental health evaluation and appear at a hearing next month after pleading not guilty Monday to charges of threatening to bring a shotgun to work.
53-year-old Stacy Gorham was placed on paid leave following his arrest last Friday. Police say Gorham was worried he would be fired because he had lost a set of work keys, and said he would bring a shotgun to work if the university tried to do so. Police found several weapons at his home.
