Clark County Sheriff's deputies have charged the parents of a 6-week-old boy who died yesterday at a Springfield motel. 20-year-old father Brian Spencer Junior and 19-year-old mother Shania Delawder are each charged with felony child endangering. Deputies found signs of abuse and neglect. An autopsy will determine the cause and manner of death.
