The parents of a young Columbus girl are scheduled to appear in court today on charges of shaking the child violently, causing permanent injuries.Gianna Margiotta and Ryan Kelley face child endangering charges. Police say the couple took their then-seven-week-old daughter to a hospital in April with severe head injuries consistent with Shaken Baby Syndrome.
