Records show the parents of three Bellefontaine boys whose mother is charged with suffocating them rejected a Logan County Children's Services care plan earlier this year. The records show Joseph and Brittany Pilkington refused to sign a copy of the June 12 plan for the couple's 3-year-old daughter and baby son. The records also show there were no concerns for either parent's cognitive or physical abilities and no history of violence at their home.
