The parents of one of the four Case Western Reserve University students killed in a plane crash last year are suing a college fraternity. 18-year-old Abraham Pishevar died while piloting the plane in an effort to get into the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity. The frat calls the lawsuit meritless.
