Part-Time Cop Jailed

An Oxford, Ohio couple is in a Florida jail, accused of leaving their young children alone outside a bar. Panama City police say 35-year-old Michael Webb and 29-year-old Staci Hall left the three-year-old and eleven-month-old kids in a pickup truck yesterday while they had drinks at the bar. Police say they found a loaded .40-caliber Glock within reach of the children. Webb is a part-time police officer in Ross Township, where officials have placed him on leave. The couple is being held on bonds of 500 dollars each.
