Partial human remains found by two boys along a Lake Erie breaker wall in Sandusky are those of a man missing since last fall. The Erie County Coroner's Office says the body is that of 58-year-old Charles Kaplan of
Solon, whose boat capsized last October. The U.S. Coast Guard found the body of Kaplan's girlfriend, 58-year-old Pam Holstein, inside the vessel.
