Perry County Judge Sentenced In Columbus Hit-Skip Case

Columbus Division of Police

A Perry County judge charged with impaired driving has been given one year's probation and will lose his drivers license for nine months. Dean Wilson pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident as part of a plea deal. Wilson was cited after hitting a Central Ohio Transit Authority bus and driving away last August. Wilson refused to take a field sobriety or a breathalzyer test, and prosecutors say the deal was made because of concerns about the available evidence.
