Pickerington City Council Member Sentenced For Drunken Driving

ci.pickerington.oh.us

A Republican Pickerington City Council member has been sentenced to enroll in a three-day driver intervention program and serve one year of probation after pleading guilty to a drunken-driving charge. 36-year-old Brandon Ogden initially pleaded not guilty to drunken-driving and speeding charges filed after Pickerington police arrested him last year near Diley Road while he and his wife were returning home from watching an Ohio State football game in the Arena District. Prosecutors say Ogden yelled at arresting officers and told them he was a council member. The speeding charge was dropped.
