A court-appointed psychologist says the man accused of a killing two pedestrians when he crashed his vehicle into a school bus in downtown Columbus in December is incompetent to stand trial. But the presiding judge will allow prosecutors to get a second opinion in the case of 62-year old Terrance Trent. Police say he was speeding and driving erractically when he struck the bus, causing it to hit and kill 21-year old City of Columbus intern Stephanie Fibelkorn and City Mobility Engineer Bill Lewis. Trent has pleaded not guilty. Another competency hearing is scheduled for June 18th.
