Plans For Sports Facility In Hilliard Back On

Hilliard city officials say plans to build a youth sports facility are back on. They're talking with developers about selling city-owned land off Cosgray Road to build a Bo Jackson-branded training center. The same project was scrapped in 2013 when investors pulled out. If the land sale is approved, ground could be broken this spring.
