Columbus police have filed murder charges against the suspect in the death of a man killed following a fight in 2010. 28-year-old Larry Mabry is accused of killing 24-year-old Rex Cherry following a fight at a gas station on East Hudson Street in North Linden. No word on what sparked the fight that injured two other people.
