Columbus police have identified the man whose body was found Thursday inside of an apartment on the Southeast side. Police say the body of 38-year-old Shaun Fullen was discovered by his roommate inside of the apartment in the 16 hundred block of Smith Road. Fullen is the son of a Columbus fire battalion chief and a Columbus police detective. Police say the death is being investigated as a homicide.
