Police ID Body Found In Scioto River

The Franklin County coroner has identified the body found earlier this week in the Scioto River downtown. 26-year-old Joey LaBute had been missing for more than three weeks before his body was found near the Whittier Peninsula.  Police are treating his death as a homicide. Autopsy results are pending.
