Zanesville Police say a 2-year-old autistic boy from Akron drowned in the Muskingum River Saturday after wandering away from his family's cabin. Police say Andrew Howell wandered away from the cabin and headed to the river 100 yards away. His mother says she turned her attention away for no more than 30 seconds.
